Shipping & Delivery

Shipping prices are given when you checkout. We offer first and second class packet delivery in the UK and Airmail for all international orders. All orders will be posted on the same day if ordered before 4pm UK time.

Security

Your personal information and credit / debit card details are extremely important to us. Therefore we conduct all business through an SSL certificate which encrypts your personal data and makes sure that no one can intercept it between your computer and our servers.

We also never store your credit / debit card details on our server. Payments are handled fully through our payment system which is fully secure. As such you can be confident that your information is kept secure at all times (even from us!).

Returns & Replacements

If you are unhappy with a purchase you are entitled to a 7 day return period (from the date the item was delivered). In order to arrange a return please e-mail returns at returns@justextrememetal.com and we will provide instructions for returning the goods to us. All items must be sealed and unused to be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge our fees and expenses if items do not return in their original condition.

If you receive items and they are damaged please follow the above instructions and we will provide instructions for returning the damaged goods as well as replacing them.

Ordering

When ordering products from our site it is important to make sure that you only add the number of items that you actually want to your shopping cart. Always make sure that the amount quoted by the shopping cart looks correct. Only then should you checkout and complete your order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Orders will be taken via PayPal in order to ensure the security of your credit / debit card information. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay, you can just input your data each time but for convenience we suggest that you do register a PayPal account.

We also except credit and debit cards directly on this site if you do not want to use the PayPal website to pay. This is a completely secure transaction protected by an SSL encrypted link to our servers in the same way as all the other information you submit to the store.

Viewing Orders

Orders can be viewed from the “My Account” section of the website. If you notice an error please e-mail support as soon as you possibly can and we will advise you on the best course of action to resolve the error.

Updating Account Information

If you wish to update your account information you can do so by visiting your account page and changing the details there.
